First of all, the CIT needs to have all credentials of the CIS to be trained.
You'll need at least:
- Company name
- Company adress (street, zip, city, country)
- CIS name
- CIS email adress*
* Nevertheless the exam being a printed version, you still must create the profile for each CIS, in order to notify on certificate expiration.
You can follow the instructions in the CQI user guide, starting at page #41.
At line 19, the user manual has following instruction:
"Enter Start Date - the date exams should be available to the students. (Use
the drop down calendar.
Enter End Date. Schedule only modules that can be completed within the
time specified. (Use the drop down calendar.)"
Most likely, you'll want to print exams before training starts.
But when you set "Start date" exactly to the classroom start date, the button "Get tests for all students" will not highlight.
So the solution to this issue is very easy, but not obvious:
Set "Start date" to the day on which you'll be printing the exams. Most likely you will be printing on the day you start the class, so put Start date to that date.
