Open enrollment & Locations
Open enrollment is ideal for small groups & individuals.
We provide courses with Open enrollment on fixed dates at our locations in Heerlen and Eindhoven.
Employees of different companies are present during this classroom training. This allows you to participate from 1 person, but you still benefit from an attractive group rate. Fully catered, including an extensive lunch.

In-company or In-house training
If you have 3 or more atendees, you may be consider a In-company or In-house training.
All IPC courses & all trainings can be provided on site on an in-company (in-house) basis.
With this course form, the course for your organization is provided on the location of your choice. An in-company course offers you many advantages:

– The course content is flexible and can be customized for your organization.
– Course starting and ending times can be flexible.
– You save on travel time and travel expenses for the participants in the location.
– You determine the optimal size of the group(s) with us.
– An in-company course can start quite fast.

Yes, every training location offers excellent parking options. Free parking is available in Heerlen and Eindhoven.

Yes, it is possible to reschedule the course, 14 days prior to the start date of the class without any extra costs. Substitute attendees are accepted. Rescheduling will be considered and redeemable for six months. A cancellation or rescheduling notice must be sent by mail, or e-mail two weeks prior to class. Courses that are cancelled will be subject to the following cancellation fees:

• Any Prepaid Registrations - 15%
• Til two weeks prior to the start of the Course - 25%
• Til one week prior to the start of the Course - 50%
• Less then one week before the start of the Course - 75%
• Day Course starts - 100%

A class registration that’s rescheduled more than once is subject to a € 150,-- administrative processing fee and/or follow the cancellation policy.

Yes, you can cancel your course. Courses that are cancelled will be subject to the following cancellation fees:

• Any Prepaid Registrations - 15%
• Til two weeks prior to the start of the Course - 25%
• Til one week prior to the start of the Course - 50%
• Less then one week before the start of the Course - 75%
• Day Course starts - 100%

Cancellation on the training day and or a No Show on the registered class date the customer is responsible for 100% of the enrollment tuition fee. Tuition fees will not be pro-rated for a refund.

Once a contract has been established, barring a natural disaster outside our control (Act of Nature), or other unforeseen extreme circumstances, we won't cancel your class. We keep our promises. So we need only one participant to continue the class.

Almost all courses are customized and there are too many factors that play a role in setting a price.
For example, the price of a training depends on:

• The number of participants
  The more participants, the lower the price per participant
• Training location
  Is the training provided on your premisses or at our training center in Heerlen?
• Customized training program
  How many and which subjects do you like to be covered during the training?
• Duration of the course
  Is the training a certification or recertification?
  Or do you like to add an extra day?
